K2 Collision Center, located in Ames, Iowa, officially opened its doors in January 2021, but our story goes back further. The shop was originally a well-established body shop on the west side of Ames, serving the community for over 40 years. Kaleb, the current owner, began working at this location in 2014. Over the years, he honed his skills, deepened his passion for the collision repair industry, and earned valuable education through Iowa Central’s technical school, ICAR training, and various industry seminars.

Kaleb eagerly took over the reins when the opportunity arose to continue the legacy of a well-established body shop and rebranded it as K2 Collision Center. Having built strong relationships with customers and a deep understanding of the industry, Kaleb was excited to lead the business into a new chapter while preserving the reputation and commitment to quality the shop had built over the years.
